A one-week challenge for a Product Designer role: redesign a marketing attribution table nobody could read. Tokens-first system, public Figma and live demo.

An attribution table with too many columns, no hierarchy and no states: impossible to compare channels at a glance.
Tokens-first system in Figma and code (CVA + Tailwind), a headless table with TanStack Table, reorderable columns with dnd-kit, density and loading, empty and error states defined before drawing.
Live demo, public repo and view-only Figma. It is the most complete design-craft piece I have, and it is presented as what it is: a one-week challenge.
Take-home from a Product Designer hiring process: analyze, redesign and build a marketing attribution table. It is a challenge, not a product: the problem came predefined, there was no user research or launch. What it shows is craft and system: atomic design, tokens first, defined states, and a dense table you can actually read. It was built directing coding agents with the same judgment I use in production.
